Dang booked their place in the grand finale of the Red Paltan Championship 2026 presented by BamBam Hydration Drink after securing a hard-fought 15-run victory over Bardiya in Semi-Final 1.

Batting first, Dang was bowled out for 96 runs in 19.3 overs, with Krishna Kunwar top-scoring with a crucial 27 off 19 balls. Bardiya's Saksham Budhathoki delivered a standout bowling performance, taking 4 wickets for 21 runs to keep Dang to a modest target.

Defending a low total, Dang's bowling unit produced a brilliant fightback under pressure. Led by disciplined spells from Karan G.M (3/26), Dakshya Thakur (2/14), and Ganesh Dhital (2/10), Dang stifled the chase and bundled Bardiya out for 81 runs in 18 overs.
