In the T20 World Cup Qualifier match against Qatar, Nepal faced a setback with the early dismissals of openers but our Captain Rohit Paudel took the charge and led Nepal’s batting like a king ruling his empire.
After the early fall of wickets, Paudel took the charge when Nepal was struggling at 48 for 3. Despite the continuous fall of wickets on the other end, he remained calm and composed and built a crucial 62-run partnership with Dipendra Singh Airee, which shifted the momentum in Nepal’s favour.
Paudel scored a classy 58 off 41 balls which included 7 boundaries and a six, with the strike rate of 141.46 and guided Nepal to a competitive total of 147.

bowling, Sandeep Lamichhane took a 5-wicket haul and Nepal took a 5 run-victory over Qatar.
